Sacrament of Confirmation
Confirmation completes the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, the Eucharist and Confirmation).
This Sacrament enriches and strengthens the grace received at baptism and brings us into a stronger bond with the Church - through the seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit [Read about this in Isaiah 11:2]. As confirmed Catholics, we have the responsibility to share the faith, defend the faith and help lead other people closer to Christ."Jesus invites us to build His Kingdom: "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Spirit." [CCC 849]

St. Mary's Confirmation preparation for High School Teens is a communal journey of faith, fellowship and prayer.
This process is a two year process, that typically begins freshman year of high school. Once all pre-requisites have been completed the canidate will receive a personal invitation to join our summer Confirmation sessions held June through July, Sunday afternoons.

(more details click image)We use Matthew Kelley's Decision Point curriculum throughout the 8 weeks of preparation to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. This program is user friendly and provides an opportunity for parents and sponsor to catechise their teen through this incredible journey (click for details).
