RCIC for Children (4th - 12th grade)
Rite of Christian Initiation for Children is a program for children in 4th through 12th grade who need to be baptized, welcomed after baptism in another faith or receive first sacraments. The child needs to attend Faith Formation class or Youth Group as well as attend a special monthly class for sacrament preparation. If your child is currently enrolled in Faith Formation class or Youth group or has completed a year of faith formation you can find further details by clicking on the RCIC link.
RCIC (RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR CHILDREN)
4th THROUGH 8TH GRADE – If your child is in Elementary or Junior High and going through the RCIC program, they are to attend: ROCK Youth Group or EDGE Youth Group.
9TH THROUGH 12TH GRADE – If your child is in High School and going through the RCIC program, they need to attend Encounter Youth Group.
Children and teens may receive Baptism, First Holy Communion and Confirmation at the Easter Vigil or at a special celebration set up with the parish office.
