The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is "a netwok of friends, inspired by Gospel vaules, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need"
Tender God, refuge of the poor, You filled Vincent de Paul with the strength of the apostles to work for the salvation of the poor and the instruction of the clergy. May we who follow the example of his life be driven by unceasing charity to continue the mission of Your Son in the world.

Recently, some parishioners have been receiving emails purportedly from Fr. William, asking to purchase gift cards. If the target responds to the fake email or text, the sender will follow up with a request for some sort of monetary assistance, often for gift cards or iTune cards. Please know that neither Fr. William nor Fr. Bich, or any member of the staff will ever ask anyone for those types of favors. Please look carefully at the email address that generated the message; by including some familiar words, scammers make the address resemble a legitimate address, but it’s not the true address of the person supposedly sending the message. If you receive such a message from a person that you know, call the person to confirm and do not respond to the email or text; delete them immediately.
